About Us

Our history

ClimAGE was founded in December 2006 by two partners. They each held 50% of the shares at the time; and the head office was located in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. The two founders had decided to create this structure with the aim of developing an HVAC engineering business.


In 2014, armed with his experience, his skills and his passion for HVAC, Donatien BARBANCHON became the sole manager and continued to develop the company's activity. ClimAGE then specialised in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems and plumbing equipment.


In 2017, ClimAGE moved to new premises in the industrial zone of Torcy, where the size of the premises allowed for the sustainable development of the business and the expansion of the team.


Over the years, ClimAGE has structured its activity and has grown to reach, in 2020, a turnover of 4.2 million euros and a staff of more than 20 employees. 


The same year, ClimAGE became a member of the French Building Federation.

Since the beginning of 2021, ClimAGE has been committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach and is gradually implementing actions in favour of sustainable development.

    With Cemafroid certification, we are qualified in the management of refrigerant fluids and we follow the refrigeration regulations in force.

    Qualifications that recognise ClimAGE's skills and professional expertise in the following areas: maintenance, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing.

    - 5111: Installation of sanitary plumbing in individual, collective and tertiary housing less than 1,000 m2

    - 5212: Installation of heating with gas/fuel boiler in individual, collective and tertiary housing less than 1 000 m2

    - 5232: Installation of heat pumps and cooling units in individual, collective and tertiary housing greater than 1 000 m2 - RGE mention (recognised as an environmental guarantor)

    Gaz Professional attests to our qualification and experience in carrying out gas heating works in individual housing and condominiums.
