Type of construction works: Complete renovation of the air conditioning system (firm phase) and partial improvement of the ventilation system (conditional phase)

Description of the works:

• Replacement of the building's heating/air conditioning system with a VRF energy recovery system - 1 unit per floor
• Renovation of the ventilation system - new box and terrace network
• Improvement of the control system of the existing air handling unit
• Replacement of the TD CLIM on each floor - air conditioning electrical cabinets
